Adorn will return any product which is damaged when it arrives to the customer within one week of receipt of the product.
If a customer chooses to return a product for any other reason, Adorn will exchange that product for another product from its collection of equal value. The related shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Adorn will offer various rates according to the speed and the method of shipping to the customer. Shipping time will be given to the customer in advance. The customer will receive a tracking number for the parcel should there be any problems in delivery.
